Situational Leadership

If you’ve been a people manager for while, my guess is you are already familiar with the classic techniques for managing people such as setting ‘SMART’ Goals. But, we wanted to provide some additional perspective based on The Situational Leadership model which was developed by Ken Blanchard (and Paul Hersey) as part of their work on Management of Organizational Behavior®. In this work, they describe techniques which have been time-tested, widely adopted, and proven to help managers around the world.
