MBTI Type for System Integrators Survey

In 2020, Exotek began researching the traits of successful system integration leaders to help our clients build and empower their teams. To gather and organize information, we are utilizing the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. With 3.5 million assessments conducted annually, it is generally considered the most trusted and widely used assessment in the world. And, over 80% of Fortune 500 companies use MBTI for personal and career development. Check out our SI Successful Traits brief for some of our insights thusfar.

If you haven’t done so already, please take a short survey (will take you less than a minute to complete) so we can continue to gain insight about the MBTI types in our industry. As part of our appreciation, you will have an opportunity to receive a copy of Traction by Gino Wickman.

Rest assured that your responses are intended for research purposes only and will be reported and used in aggregate with responses. We will make the collective results available, but individual responses will be kept confidential.

Did you know that 39% of engineers are either INTJ or ENTJ and that those type only occur in 3.9% of the population. Truly a unique crowd!
