Exotek is pleased to welcome Katy Agnor as a senior consultant and advisor offering executive-level experience in enterprise technology leadership and operational transformation.
Katy joins Exotek with a strong background leading IT organizations in complex, high-growth environments. Most recently, she served as Chief Information Officer at IA American Warranty Group, where she led the integration of multiple companies, consolidated enterprise systems, and guided the transition to cloud-based infrastructure. She also oversaw large IT teams and multi-million-dollar budgets while ensuring compliance in a highly regulated industry.
Throughout her career, Katy has built and led cross-functional teams, implemented Agile practices at scale, and delivered enterprise systems across greenfield, legacy, and integration environments. Her experience aligns closely with the challenges many system integrators face as they scale operations, modernize technology, and improve execution.

At Exotek, Katy will work directly with system integrator leaders to strengthen operational execution, improve system alignment, and support scalable growth aligned with CSIA best practices. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
