Exotek is pleased to announce Pete Zogas has joined our team as a Senior Advisor and Business Management Consultant, leveraging more than 35 years of leadership experience within the test and measurement industry. At Exotek, Pete will work directly with systems integration leaders to help scale their organizations, strengthen industry capabilities, and navigate strategic growth opportunities.
Pete spent most of his career at National Instruments (NI, now a part of Emerson), where he played a key role in scaling the organization from an emerging company to a $1.35 billion global enterprise. During his tenure, he held senior leadership roles spanning sales, marketing, applications engineering, and corporate development, leading large international teams and supporting more than 30,000 customers across 50+ countries.
Throughout his career, Pete has helped strengthen go-to-market execution, build strategic partner ecosystems, and lead joint venture and M&A initiatives that expanded market reach and technology portfolios. “Pete brings a rare combination of strategic insight and real-world experience leading global organizations,” said Jack Barber, Partner and Senior Business Consultant, Exotek. “His expertise in executive strategy, partner development, and growth through acquisitions will be incredibly valuable to our SI clients.”
Pete serves as a board member and independent advisor, working with organizations to drive growth and long-term value creation. He is a U.S. patent holder and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, where he is recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus.
