The members see HR as more than just administrative policies; good HR creates a strategic advantage for their organizations. The need for skilled/motivated employees, their expectations, and how we can empower them is a big challenge in our industry. So, this is an excellent time for thought-leaders together to exchange ideas.
Exotek has been expanding our facilitated peer groups to better serve our SI community. These role-based peer groups match people with common goals, challenges, and care-abouts, so they can share ideas, learn from each other, and collaborate. These groups participate in monthly 1-2 hour TEAMS meetings, with the option for an annual F2F (1.5 day meeting at one of the member’s facilities) . FYI – there is a nominal fee, charged to each member, for the facilitation of the group.
