Self-Management Engagements

Helping your leaders develop their own self-awareness, emotional intelligence to foster Interpersonal relationships with empathy, clear communication, active listening, and creative thinking.

Individual MBTI Assessments (MBA)

As a foundational element, we work with a certified professional to engage each team member to review and validate their Myers-Briggs type. They will receive their own MBTI Step I Interpretive Report, so they can become more self-aware and more effective in their interactions with others. Each person will receive a 15-minute assessment orientation meeting, 20-30 minutes to take the on-line assessment, and a 1-hour meeting with the consultant to review and validate their MBTI type.

Personal Impact on Team Engagement (PIT)

Prerequisite: Individual MBAs

We lead a group engagement (2-4 hour session) to assess your personal impact with your team. As part of this engagement, you will each receive your MBTI Personal Impact Report and will discern for yourself and learn each other’s:

  1. Greatest MBTI strengths?
  2. Greatest MBTI blind spots?
  3. Most important things for your colleagues to know about your MBTI?

Self-Development Deep Dive Engagement (SDDD)

Prerequisite: Individual MBA

We can create individual engagements (four 1-hour engagements) that will help your leaders further develop themselves. With this engagement, they will each receive their in-depth MBTI Step II Interpretive Report. We will delve into their workstyle, communications, team style, decision-making, conflict management, stress management, and approach to change.

Personal VTO (PVTO)

For folks that are a fan of Traction by Gino Wickman, we can guide an individual or group through the development of their Personal V/TO (Vision/Traction Organizer). Participants will become more self-aware and identify their core values, focus, and 10-year vision. Then, they will define their ‘personal marketing strategy’ and brand. Finally, they will establish their 3-year picture, 1-year plan, and quarterly rocks to set them on the path for success.

Leadership Coaching

Being a leader can be a lonely job. Who can you turn to when need to vet new ideas or sort through difficult problems? Some one that you can trust who is intimately familiar with your business.  Our coaching is personalized, customized, usually conducted one-on-one for a defined period of time and with a specific business purpose in mind.
